1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown chicken and set aside.

2. Add onion, garlic and rosemary to pan and cook until onion is soft.

3. Add red pepper flakes and wine to loose the brown bits.

4. Return chicken to pan and cook until most juices are absorbed. Add tomatoes.

5. Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.

6. To prepare the rice, add basil, parsley, thyme, rice and water to a pot.  Bring to a boil, uncovered, on high heat; reduce heat to low, cover tightly and cook for about 35-40 minutes, or until water is absorbed and rice is tender.

7. Serve chicken with brown rice on the side.
