1. Prepare pasta per package directions.
2. Heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for additional minute.
3. Cut sundried tomatoes into strips. Add to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes . Pour in diced tomatoes, basil, oregano and pepper; bring to a simmer. Boil slowly for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Toss cooked sauce with prepared pasta. Top with pine nuts and goat cheese. Serve pasta with a dinner roll.
