1. Preheat an oven to 350°F.

2. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic and onion powders, pepper, a dash of thyme and ground turkey. Mix until combined thoroughly and then form into an individual loaf.

3. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

4. While meatloaf is cooking, add wines, soy sauce, and mushrooms to a small pan and bring to a boil. Add chicken broth.

5. Dissolve corn starch in water and then add to broth mixture.

6. Reduce heat to a simmer and stir until liquid is thickened. Pour sauce over prepared meatloaf.

7. To prepare herb potatoes, toss potatoes with olive oil, rosemary and salt and pepper to taste.

8. Roast in oven for 15 minutes or until they are slightly browned.

9. In the meantime, steam broccoli for 3-5 minutes or until just tender.

10. Serve meatloaf with herb potatoes and broccoli on the side.

11. Complement meal with a pear for dessert.
