1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cut potatoes into quarters. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Combine all dry spices. Toss potatoes with seasonings.

3. Lay potatoes out evenly on a cookie sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. Roast for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

4. Prepare meatballs according to package directions.

5. In the meantime, steam broccoli for 3-5 minutes or until just tender.

6. Pour prepared gravy over meatballs and serve with roasted potatoes and broccoli.

7. Complement meal with a glass of milk and grapes.
