1. Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, vegetable broth and lime juice. Toss with tofu cubes. Marinate for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Heat non-stick pan or wok to medium-high heat. Place tofu and marinade in pan. Stir-fry until golden.

3. Serve over cooked pasta.

4. Steam pea pods until crisp-tender. Serve with peanut noodles.
