1. Wash strawberries and kiwi. Trim and slice strawberries.

2. Peel kiwi and banana. Cut kiwi into pieces and slice banana.

3. Place all fruit, orange juice (2 ounces is about ¼ cup), and ice cube in a blender or food processor.

4. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.

5. Spread ½ teaspoon of peanut butter evenly onto each cracker. Enjoy with smoothie.
