1. Dice chicken. Combine in a microwave-safe bowl with black beans (drained), corn (⅛ cup is 2 tablespoons), barbecue sauce, sour cream, and oil. Stir to mix thoroughly.

2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and heat in microwave for 1 minute.

3. Stir. Microwave for additional time, if necessary, until heated through.

4. If packing your lunch to be eaten later, chicken mixture may be stored in an airtight container and heated in microwave just prior to assembling and serving.

5. Wash lettuce leaf and pat dry with a paper towel. Place lettuce in the center of the tortilla.

6. Place chicken mixture on top of lettuce. Fold edges in toward the center, then roll up from one of the opposite ends.

7. Serve with tomato half, washed and sliced.
