1. PLEASE NOTE: This recipe requires 4-6 hours of refrigeration that is not reflected in the prep time.

2. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except pork and rice. Rub mixture on pork and marinate for 4-6 hours.

3. Preheat oven to 350° F.

4. Remove pork from marinade and place on sheet pan.  Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes or until no longer pink.

5. Serve pork over bed of cooked brown rice.
