1. Place flour and 2 teaspoons of the spread into a medium saucepan. Combine over low heat until well blended.

2. Add milk, cheese and pepper. Stir frequently until cheese is fully melted and sauce is thick and creamy. Stir cooked pasta into cheese sauce.

3. Steam broccoli in microwave for 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender. Top with remaining ½ teaspoon spread.

4. Turn macaroni and cheese onto a plate and serve with broccoli and breadsticks.

5. Enjoy raspberries for dessert.
