1. Slice sausage into 1/4 inch slices.

2. In stock pot, combine oil, celery, onions, peppers and garlic. Sauté for 5-7 minutes.

3. Add tomato sauce, spices and herbs to satueed vegetables. Cook for 3 more minutes.

4. Add beans, chicken broth, water and Tabasco to mixture and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.

5. Add chopped sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 5 more minutes. Stir in green onions and cook for 1-2 minutes.

6. Serve over a bed of cooked brown rice.
