1. Wash and chop lettuce and tomato.

2. Mix sour cream and horseradish; spread over tortilla.

3. Top prepared tortilla with chopped lettuce and tomato. Top with beef.

4. Fold two opposite sides of tortilla in towards the center, and roll up from one of the remaining ends.

5. Enjoy wrap with sunflower seeds and a fresh orange.
