Hearty Texas Style Beef and Bean Chili with a Wheat Roll

1. Place the garlic, green pepper, onion, and ground beef in a skillet or a large pot. Heat the pot over medium high heat stirring and mixing constantly to break up in large chunks of beef.
2. Cook the meat and vegetables until the meat is cooked through and no longer pink. Drain the excess grease from beef.
3. Add water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans and all spices and herbs. Bring the pot to a simmer over medium high heat. Simmer the chili for 5 minutes.
4. Serve chili with a wheat roll spread with margarine.
