1. Place egg in small saucepan and add enough cold water to cover egg.

2. Bring water to boiling over high heat.

3. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover saucepan with a lid.

4. Cook egg for 15 minutes; drain.

5. Toast bread to desired doneness and spread with butter and jelly.

6. Enjoy egg and toast with orange juice.
