1. Mix tuna with mayonnaise and relish in a small bowl.

2. Spread tuna salad on one side of one slice of bread; top with cheese and remaining slice of bread.

3. Lightly coat a non-stick skillet or griddle with non-stick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.

4. Place sandwich on hot skillet. Cook, turning once, until browned on both sides.

5. Cut in half diagonally, if desired, and serve immediately.
