1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg substitute, cinnamon and sugar substitute.

2. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating both sides.

3. Heat a non-stick skillet lightly coated with non-stick cooking spray over medium-high heat.

4. Cook bread on both sides until golden brown, or to desired doneness.

5. Serve with margarine and syrup. Enjoy with orange juice.
