1. Combine egg substitute, milk, cinnamon and sugar substitute in a shallow bowl; whisk with a fork.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet lightly coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.

3. Dip slices of bread, one at a time, in egg mixture, coating both sides.

4. Cook prepared slices of bread on heated skillet until golden brown, turning over once.

5. Remove from heat and cut French toast diagonally in half; arrange on a serving plate.

6. Top with strawberries that have been washed, trimmed and sliced.

7. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and enjoy.
