1. Wash and mince celery and onion; mince chicken.

2. In a small bowl, toss the chicken with the lime juice.

3. Add the celery, onion, yogurt, mayonnaise, curry powder, and cumin. Mix well.

4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

5. When ready to serve, spread chicken salad onto one slice of bread; top with remaining slice of bread.

6. Serve with fresh (washed) grapes.
