1. Dice chicken and celery.

2. In a bowl, combine the chicken, celery and pineapple.

3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lime juice.

4. Pour mayonnaise mixture over chicken mixture and toss lightly to coat evenly.

5. Pack into a container, cover, and chill until ready to serve.

6. To serve, place greens on a plate and top with salad.

7. Serve salad with wheat crackers.
