1. Wash and chop lettuce. Wash and slice onion thinly. Dice cooked chicken.

2. Wash and peel mango; cut flesh into bite-size pieces.

3. Arrange lettuce, onion and chicken on serving plate; top with mango and fresh or frozen (thawed) melon.

4. Drizzle with dressing of choice and top with almonds.

5. Serve salad with crackers and a tall glass of cold water or other calorie-free, decaffeinated beverage.
