1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, sugar, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 teaspoon cayenne, oil, cinnamon and onion and season with salt. Let marinade sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Place about 3 cubes of chicken on each skewer. Preheat a grill pan over medium­ high heat. Cook the chicken, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes. 

2. Meanwhile, combine the pineapple, red onion and remaining cayenne in a bowl to make a relish. Set aside. Combine the yogurt with the cilantro and lime juice; set aside. Serve the chicken skewers with the relish and yogurt.
