1. Preheat oven to 400°. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté the peppers and onions until tender.

2. Spread tortilla with marinara sauce. Top with pepper-onion mixture. Spoon on the goat cheese and sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melting and the pizza is heated through.

3. Toss together the spinach, cucumber, carrots and quartered tomatoes. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy with your pizza.
