1. Reserve 1 Tbsp. of broth. Place remaining broth along with cubed meat, black pepper to taste and Worcestershire sauce in a large pot.  Bring the liquid to a boil over high heat.  Once the liquid is boiling reduce the heat to a simmer.  Simmer the beef for 35-40 minutes or until tender.

2. Add the noodles to the stock pot and return the soup to a simmer.  Simmer the soup for 4 to 5 minutes until the noodles are tender. Dissolve the cornstarch with the remaining chicken broth and slowly add the mixture into the soup; stirring to combine. Return the broth to a simmer and cook until thickened.

3. Serve casserole with a side of crackers.
