Ingredients

  • 1 3-ounce can white albacore tuna, packed in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon shredded carrot
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 1 tomato slice
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts

Preparation

  • combine tuna, celery, carrot, and celery salt
  • fold in mayonnaise and mix well
  • serve on bread with tomato slice, lettuce leaf, and sprouts
  • serve with 1 ounce baked potato chips (1.5g fat) and one 8-ounce glass of nonfat milk
