Each week you'll be given a new alli Step, a totally doable Action Plan designed to help you master a new skill. As part of your weekly Step you will:

- record your physical activity and what you eat and drink for the day
- take an alli capsule with each main meal
- practice the new skill you learned that week

Learn to set small, achievable goals-and reach them
